As the pleasure is goldmine, the picture that adorns the cover of the brand new EP could have been taken in Morocco in 1967. But it didn't happen that way. The legendary French photographer Renaud Monfourny snapped it on one glorious spring day of the roaring 2020s, in the midday sun, somewhere in the heart of Paris (Saint Paul!). Then Pascal Blua (the renowned graphic designer who's been working with Rocabois for 4 years now) imagined this James Bond-like cover art. Three new songs, one shaman-like chant, a brilliant recreation by Le SuperHomard AND the printed lyrics: so many good reasons to surrender to The Pleasure Is Goldmine EP on CD!

lyrics
Watch the seasons come and go
Watch them flow
Watch the seasons come and go
When you're tickling the ivories
No one there to bother Mother Nature
It's a sight to behold you'd better hold your breath
Watch them flow
Things are meant to be told we'd rather go ahead
See them glow
Watch them flow
See them grow
Watch them come and go
Catching the parade of the houseboats
Watch the swans and see the ducks doing their morning routine
When it's still foggy above the river Seine
I want to spend my life with you
Take you into my arms every morning
When the sun comes up
Till the sun beats down
